AWC have been chosen to supply and install a complete processing plant for WEEE Directive materials. The centre point of the new system will be one of our new V400 Vertical Crushers. We are currently working closely with the customer to source and supply the best quality equipment at competitive prices.

Fire damaged granulator brought back from the dead

AWC have refurbished and delivered a fire damaged MTB BDR1200 tyre granulator for one of its customers. The machine was damaged in a fire approx. 5 years ago, but will now be used for operator training. This particular customer currently operates two AWC machines at its North West facility. One of which is the 86 ton “Mega Granulator” which is thought to be the largest production granulator in the world. |

Granulator for Electric Scrap

AWC Engineering are pleased to announce that we have secured an order for one of our LGF52120 granulators for processing pre-shredded electronic scrap. The machine will size reduce the shreds, which can measure up to 70mm x 150mm, to just <20mm. The material is subsequently sorted by means of an Eddy Current separator. Delivery anticipated September 2008.

Speedi Refurbishment

AWC have refurbished, modified and commissioned one of their Speedi Granulators for a large metals processing company in the North West. The machine is one of three currently operated by the group, one of which was refurbished in 2007 for delivery to their site in Sweden.
